Many members old and young, recent and long-standing, visited the John Pounds Centre in Portsmouth on Saturday 10 Saturday to meet, chat and learn.
Our Patron, Consultant Urologist Dan Wood, along with our Nurse Advisor Sharon Fillingham, gave an overview of the Mitrofanoff procedure with an update on recent developments.
The day also featured talks from patient Kerenza Holzman, parent Rachel Wall, our Children's Advisor Louiza Dale, and one of our Gold Sponsors, Adrian English from Vesica Urology.
The spacious venue allowed our sponsors and exhibitors to become more integrated into the day, and all enjoyed the free lunch!
The afternoon allowed for discussion in a more relaxed format and it was especially pleasing to see our younger members and their parents talk with such confidence and honesty.
